Please can you provide the current/latest organisational structure for
Childrens Services and Adult Social Care teams – including the names and
job titles of all mid and senior management. Also, could you please
provide the names and job titles of those who are responsible for the
Commissioning of services for Adult Social Care and Childrens Services.

I confirm that Torbay Council has now considered your request under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Our response is attached for Children’s Services. For Adult Social Care
information I can confirm that Torbay Council does not hold the
information you have requested and have identified that your request would
be more appropriately addressed to Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation
Trust (TSDFT) who is responsible for Adult Social Care within Torbay.
