Dear Ms Maher

Further to your recent Freedom of Information request I can advise that the link below will provide the requested school information for the Education Authority Western Region (point 1 of your request).

http://www.welbni.org/uploads/file/pdf/E...

With regard to the remainder of your request I can advise that we are unable to provide the requested information as the work required to extract and collate the information is considerable and extends
well beyond the FOI Act's Appropriate limit of 18 Hours. The Act states that where it takes more than 18 hours to locate and extract the information, the authority is not required to respond.

If you are dissatisfied with this response you have the right to appeal it. A copy of our Appeals Procedure is attached.

Dear Nigel McCosker,

I recently requested the exact same information from the NEELB and received the majority of the information requested and in less than the 20 days and without any problem. Could you explain how come it seems that the WELB would be unable to do the same?

Yours sincerely,

Ms Maher

Dear Nigel McCosker,

Further to my previous email, could you also note that the link you have provided in your response of 1st April does not seem to be working. Could you correct this and forward it to me please.

Yours sincerely,

Ms Maher
