Children on HV caseloads

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Shropshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT) should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Shropshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Would you please be so kind as to provide the numbers of children
under the age of 5 years under the care of the Health Visitors in
Lewisham during each of the years 2006-2011 who:
1. Had a Child Protection Plan
2. Were identified as 'Children in Need'
3. Were identified as 'Children with Special Needs'
4. Were identified as living in families/homes where at least one
adult was identified as needing extra support.

Yours faithfully,

PJBallinger

Dear Tracy Eggby-Jones (SCPCT),
I am rather glad your health visitors are not visiting in Lewisham. Mileage and overtime would be impressive. Apologies for a cut and paste error.Shropshire should have replaced Lewisham in the text. I am interested in the yearly caseload profile information under those 4 categories. Would you be so kind as to request these from the Health Visiting service. Many thanks!

Yours sincerely,

PJBallinger
