Dear LS Palmer

Please below response you your freedom of information request ref: 2730 in
relation to C&F budget.

1) The amount spent on Supervised contacts I have is £126,940.

2) Respite care was not separately coded in 2009/10 nor was it
recorded on the placements sheet so I cannot identify this. Also we do not
record wether a child is either on a child protection plan or classified
as a Child in Need

3) The total amount spent on foster carers for 2009/10 was
£1,635,140. This figure will include respite costs and also Unnacompanied
Asylum seeking children. As per item 2 there is no way for us to
differentiate between children who are subject to a care order (interim or
full)

4) The total amount spent on Agency foster carers was £1,524,055.
As per item 2 there is no way for us to differentiate between children who
are subject to a care order (interim or full)

5) Response to follow shortly

6) Playgrounds for Children - £600,500 spent on new equipment and
£92,000 on repairs and maintenance

7) Response to follow shortly

8) We do not record the respite care and have no record of which
children are on a protection order in relation to budget

9) Last year on G329 Childrens assessments we spent a total of
£261,607 though I would be unable to tell which transactions were for
Residential Assesments

Hope this information is of assistance

Many thanks
