'Please could you outline what Child abuse Reports commissioned by yourself or others that you hold'

I refer to your Freedom of Information request which was received by us on
8th  July 2013 in which you request the following information;

 

' Please could you outline what Child abuse Reports commissioned by
yourself or others that you hold'

 

I must inform you that the Office of the Children’s Commissioner does not
hold this information, we are not allowed in law to investigate individual
cases although we have published research on the child's perspective of
the child protection process.

 

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.  If you are unhappy with the way your request has been
handled, you have the right to appeal our decision if you think it is
incorrect by contacting the Children’s Commissioner, Office of the
Children’s Commissioner, 33 Greycoat Street, London, SW1 2QF,

calendar months of the date of this letter.

Should you remain unsatisfied with the outcome you have a right under
section 50 of the. Freedom of Information Act  to appeal against the
