Chief Superintendent Email Address And Phone Number Of His Office Secretary

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Devon and Cornwall Constabulary,

I would like the know this information please as I have asked many times and the Police 101 gives no information when asked for these details which are in the public interest as many of Devon and Cornwall Inspectors are now out of control and not follow what is the common law of our Country.

1) What is the email address that the Chief is getting his emails from the Government or MPs as he is trying to hide this from the Public?

2) What is the Phone number of his private office and secretary in his private office that is NOT 101 who give everyone the run around when they ring to be put through?

3) Can I book a appointment to meet the Chief of Police in Person with our MP ASAP as the local Inspector is covering up crime towards my family and ignoring his Oath of Office? (Totnes Station)

4) Do you teach your PCs about the Common law which is the only real law of our Country on the Land?

5) Are your Officers told about what is law and what is Not meaning ( Acts and Statues) are by consent only of the willing? T May Home Sec on TV this year confirming this as a fact that the Police seem to either not know or have forgotten.

6) When asked by a member of the public do Officers talking with the public have to confirm they are there under there Oath of Office?

7) Do you train your officers to know the difference between a warrant card and acting under there Oath of Office?

Yours faithfully,

Wayne son of chris

Dear Devon and Cornwall Constabulary,

I am asking for the Email address of the Chief or his office so I can make contact with him over my complaints of the service and breaches in law which his staff are ignoring, its 2015 and we require the modern way of writing our complaints directly to the Chief and as one of his employers I am demanding remedy for this question I have asked. I would also like the Phone number of his staff so I can ring and make contact with someone in his office to book appointment to come and see him which is my right as a member of the public to as as his employer!!

I have also asked are Police officers shown the difference what is real law (Common Law) and (statues & Acts) which are only by consent and not Laws.

Are you sure (under Common Law) a officer does not have to if asked by a member of the public if there here under acting under there Oath, YOU have said NO!! can you please answer these questions in full.
Yours faithfully,

Wayne howard

Mr Howard

Shaun Sawyer email address is
shaun.sawyer@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk

However his emails are read by his team, so he will not read your email, my advice is to contact the standards department and cc in as many journalists as you can

D & C police have to follow the below guidelines when you report a crime, if not write to the crime register at D & C police and also the two Deputy Chief Constables and they do read their emails.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/sy...

p.s. All D & C police use the same format for their email addresses.
