The above 12th of July 2012 correspondence shows that the Cops (as is the norm) break the rules (and the law) and the ICO dig them out of the BIG hole they are in :-( SHOCKING and proof that both are in the pockets of the CORRUPT Home Office - www.martinmcgartland.co.co (lots of QT phone calls between cops and ICO ... you say this and we do that ... )

Martin McGartland (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear Melling, Carl,

Please confirm if you have withheld, for whatever reason/s, any recorded information I have requested. I am not convinced that you have released all of the documents I have requested.

I also note that you have only released some of the recorded, requested information after ICO became involved and asked you to do so. The ICO appear to be going out of their way to assist you. The quicker the Cops, like MP's Bankers and the press, are investigated the better off the public. The corruption within the police all around the UK is endemic and out of control

Yours sincerely,

Martin McGartland

Dear Melling, Carl,

You say; "I can confirm that all documents held in respect of your request have been provided.
regards." However, you have not answered my question, have Lancashire Constabulary withheld, for whatever reason, any documents or recorded information from me? You will recall that my request was for 'all recorded information'.

Yours sincerely,

Martin McGartland
