Rosalind Kellett

Dear Information,

Allotment rules on Southampton Council web site say the maximum permitted is ten chickens

The person who made this rule clearly doesn't know how much noise and smells that are emitted from ten chickens!

Yours sincerely,

Rosalind Kellett
