We can confirm that we do not hold part of the information requested by
you.

 

1. All Equality Assessment or Impact Statements regarding the barriers.

No EQIA was carried out. We do not carry out a formal EQIA for this sort
of minor work. The barriers were put in as a result of community safety
concerns for users of the route at this location and in liaison with the
local member.

 

2. All Risk Assessment Method Statements, other risk assessments, or Road
Safety Audit reports regarding the barriers.

 

We have not carried out any road safety audits for the barriers.

 

3. All versions of any drawings pertaining to the barriers.

 

As the type and installation of the barriers is standard works we do not
have drawings for this location.
