This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Please provide me with;
1. Details of the total cost of security to facilitate the works that began on Monday 25th September on Chesnut Avenue on Tooting Bec Common.
2a. The total number of a) Parks Police staff hours and b) Additional Security Personal staff hours to facilitate the works that began on Monday 25th September on Chesnut Avenue on Tooting Bec Common.
2b. Details of any external security contractors used to facilitate the works that began on Monday 25th September on Chesnut Avenue on Tooting Bec Common, including if they are a) registered with the SIA and b) pay the London Living Wage
3. Details (and copies) of any written correspondence between Cllr Jonathan Cook and a) Paul Chadwick, b) other senior officers within the Environment and Community Services department, and c) senior staff within the Parks Police department around the plans for additional security to facilitate works on Chesnut Avenue on Tooting Bec Common from 1st May 2017 until the current date.
4. Details (and minutes) of any meetings held between Cllr Jonathan Cook and a) Paul Chadwick, b) other senior officers within the Environment and Community Services department, and c) senior staff within the Parks Police department around the plans for additional security to facilitate works on Chesnut Avenue on Tooting Bec Common from 1st January 2017 until the current date.
5. Details (and copies) of any written briefing produced for Cllr Jonathan Cook or other members of the Council Cabinet by a) Paul Chadwick, b) other senior officers within the Environment and Community Services department, and c) senior staff within the Parks Police department around the plans for additional security to facilitate works on Chesnut Avenue on Tooting Bec Common from 1st January 2017 until the current date.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wandsworth Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Chesnut Avenue - Security Provision'.
My request was submitted on 28 September 2017 so by law I ought to have received a response by 26th October 2017 (within 20 working days).
It is now 16th November and I have received no response. I have sent several messages to ask why there has been a delay and when (if) the information will be provided but have not had the courtesy of a response to these messages either.

The total cost of designing, printing and distributing leaflets and also
producing large on-site posters totalled £2,408.47p

of the work that was distributed around Monday 25th September Map as

8. Details of any inspections on the health of trees commissioned by
staff in the Environment and Community Services on a) Tooting Bec Common
and b) Wandsworth Common in the last 24 months.
Both commons are divided into areas for tree inspections
TOOTING COMMON
In the last 24 months the following areas of the common have been subject
to the customary health and safety checks: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 13,
14, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 21. Areas 7, 8, 12 and 16 are scheduled for
inspection in the next 12 months. This therefore means that some three
quarters of the trees on the common were inspected in the two-year period
mentioned. The total number of records held for this common is 3,843, so
some 2,900 trees (rounded estimate) will have been inspected over the two-
year period.
WANDSWORTH COMMON
In the last 24 months the following areas of this common have been looked
at: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 . Areas 6 ,7, 8
and 9 will be seen in the next 12 months. This again equates to some three
quarters of the trees on the common having been inspected in the two-year
period mentioned. The total number of tree records held for this common
is 3,544, so three quarters would equate to some 2,600 trees (rounded
estimate) having been inspected over the 2 years .
9. Details (and copies) of any written correspondence between Cllr
Jonathan Cook and other senior officers within the Environment and
Community Services department regarding the health of trees on
i) Tooting Bec Common and
