Dear Wycombe District Council,
Please can you send me a list of all the secondary maintained cheque book schools in your region.
(The definition of a cheque book school; is a school that has direct access and control of its own bank account.)
Dear Miss O'Hagan
I am writing in connection with your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 for information relating to cheque book
schools, which I received on 17 October 2017.
I am writing to inform you that we are not the responsible authority for
providing that service therefore the information you requested is not held
by Wycombe District Council.
However it is possible that Bucks County Council may hold some or all of
the information you require.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision,

directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the
ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the internal review
