Dear Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal,

Chatham Insolvency Official Receiver's Andrew Stanley retired 30/9/2016 did Karen Jackson or Justin Dionne take over his cases.

Insolvency Service providing conflicting information and refusing to answer FOI Requests.

As all the following people have access to other people's finances and property I would like to know the following and which Official Receiver appointed Trustee's.

The Insolvency Service has continually given out conflicting information such as changing the date they said a petition was filed etc which they are refusing to clarify. And are refusing to answer FOI requests as to cases being transferred between Insolvency Offices which come under a completely different jurisdiction ( I do not believe this is lawful or possible) this leads me to believe they are deliberately hiding information and are not following the 7 Nolan Principles or operating under the Civil Servants code of conduct.

Please can you confirm how many occasions the insolvency service has failed to comply with the FOIA.

Chatham Insolvency Official Receiver's Andrew Stanley retired 30/9/2016 did Karen Jackson or Justin Dionne take over his cases.

My previous FOI that has not been answered
'Official Receivers Justin Dionne Southend takes over Andrew Stanley Chatham cases ?'

The Insolvency Service has not provided an answer to the above question, please do so.

Provide how many of Andrew Stanley's cases got transferred to Southend Insolvency Service where Justin Dionne is the Official Receiver and how many stayed at Chatham Insolvency where Karen Jackson is the Official Receiver.

And provide the insolvency procedures for case from one jurisdiction to another.

The date Karen Jackson moved to Chatham Insolvency Service.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. J Stuart
