Please supply me with the names of all of the organisations ( Charity, C.I.C, Voluntary ) and the amounts of monies that they receive as individual organisations from Hartlepool Borough Council, in the form of grants & donations this pertains to financial years of 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018.

s.21 of the Freedom of Information Act applies to information that is
