Charging for forced entry

Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Police Scotland fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Police Scotland,

Having read the relevant vulnerable adult legislation, it states that forcible entry may only be achieved with a warrant and, that the vulnerable adult, may not be charged for the costs incurred with this.

What is your policy on forced entry in a concern for welfare scenario? Who pays the bill?

In the past three years, how many times have you forced entry without such a warrant?

How many people(or their landlords) have you wrongly charged for this?

Yours faithfully,

E Storey
