Charges for Chancellor's official residences

Dear Her Majesty’s Treasury,

Does the Chancellor make any personal financial contribution towards use of the private accomodation at Dorneywood, including council tax, utility bills and staff charges. If yes, how much in the last financial year. If not, why not? Is use of the private accommodation a taxable benefit. If not, why not?
