Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Although not legally required to do so, we would have expected National Air Traffic Services to have responded by now (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear National Air Traffic Services,

Recently you made changes to the Compton departure route from Heathrow. See the following link for more information:

This change, despite what NATS has claimed, has resulted in a large increase in the number of aircraft flying either over or near to my house in Bracknell. You claim that this change will not be reverted as it was made for reasons of safety.

I would therefore like answers to the following questions:

- What specific risk has been eliminated or minimised by making this change?
- What consideration was given to those that have to put up with increased noise?
- What steps were taken to ensure that the impact was minimised? (in particular what actions, if any, were taken to try and increase altitude more quickly after departure in order to minimise disruption?)

In addition I would also like a copy of all internal emails relating to this change.

I ask for the emails as I find it very difficult to believe proper procedures have been followed. NATS have made changes that have lead to aircraft taking different routes. This is basically *is* a route change despite what NATS have claimed, and for all the talk of percentages the changes have lead to an unacceptable increase in aircraft noise and frequency of aircraft passing overhead.

Yours faithfully,

P Seurre
