Change of IT Managed Service subcontractor

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Security Industry Authority should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Security Industry Authority,

In March of this year, in a response to a previous request (your ref: 2013/149) you confirmed that LDL was BT's delivery partner for managed service provision contract.
Since the standard terms and conditions of contracts to supply the SIA contain a specific clause requiring you to be informed of any subcontracting arrangements, could you please confirm that you have not been informed of any changes of subcontractor, i.e. that LDL is still the BT delivery partner for this contract in the current financial year (2014/15).

Cordially,

Catherine Byrne

Foi, Security Industry Authority
