CFO/CEO pay and duties

Dear West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service,

1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year, by percentage or cash terms of the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive from financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15. I do not wish t be pointed to pay policy of pay banding data on a website

2) Please also state if the CFO/CEO is in receipt of a fire fighters pesnions (i.e. has been re-employed on abatement)

3) Please let me know if the CFO/CEO is included on an operational duty rota.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue has completed its search for the information
you requested.

details our statement of accounts going back to 2009/10 and contains the
remuneration of individuals by role (and by name for CLT).

·         In relation to point no 1, the salary changes can be seen, year
on year, from the data available above.

 

·         On point 2, within the data, you can see that pension
contributions are still being made and therefore the CFO is not in receipt
of a fire-fighter's pension.

 

·         On point 3, The CFO is still on the operational duty rota.
