CFO/CEO pay and duties

We're waiting for Bobby Moore to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Humberside Fire and Rescue Service,

1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year,
by percentage or cash terms of the Chief Fire Officer/Chief
Executive from financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15. I do not wish to
be pointed to pay policy or pay banding data on a website

2) Please also state if the CFO/CEO is in receipt of a fire
fighters pesnions (i.e. has been re-employed on abatement)

3) Please let me know if the CFO/CEO is included on an operational
duty rota.

Thank you for your application under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
("the Act") in relation to pay and operational rota of CFO/CEO within
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service.

 

The request is:

 

1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year, by
percentage or cash terms of the Chief

The response is:

 

1)  Between financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15 there has been one pay
raise, which is in financial year 2014/15,

     an annual increase of £1000.00 GROSS.  This information is available
in the Statement of Accounts.

 

2) The CFO/CEO is a serving officer and is not in receipt of any benefits
from the Firefighter’s pensions scheme

 

3)  Strategic Rota

 

 

If you are unhappy with the handling of your request, you have the right
to ask for an internal review.  A request for an internal review should be
made within 2 months of the date of this email.  If you are not happy with
the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply direct to
