Cfa counter fraud policies
Dear NHS Counter Fraud Authority,
under foi and using cfa governance policies
do all ccg/icb and health services have to report all complaints of fraud to the cfa
Do partnering councils have a duty to disclose all threats made to patients by contractors and the subsequent losses caused to the nhs
Do partnering councils have a duty to disclose misrepresentations and fraud to the nhs
How are councils investigated who do not disclose fraud and misrepresentations ?
How are partnering councils dealt with if they deliberately misrepresent unlawful actions against nhs patients
Yours faithfully,
Dan perkins
