Dear Amanda-Jane,

Thank you for your email requesting data pertaining to Census 2021
contract with Leidos. We apologise for the delay in providing our response
to you.

I am writing to confirm that the Office for National Statistics has now
completed its search for the information which you requested.

You Asked:

​I require the answer to the following questions.

1) Leidos formerly known as Science Applications International Corporation
has been awarded the 2021 collection of census data, would I be right in
saying that is correct?

2) In August 2016 Lockheed Martin merged with Leidos, is that correct?

3) Would that mean you are using a non-British company again for the
British Census?

4) This is a breach of security, to allow another nation to have the data
of the British people, is that correct?

5) You contracted Leidos aka Lockheed Martin, the same company different
name,  Lockheed Martin is under the guise of Leidos, as Lockheed Martin
contracted for the 2011 census, unlawfully and illegally spied and
breached the data and privacy of individuals and countries, which was
proved beyond a doubt they sold the data of the British people to the FBI,
is this correct?

6) Why hasn't the contract been awarded to a British Company?

7) This amounts to treason against the Nation, collaborating with the
enemy, Lockheed Martin who was found guilty of spying, collecting, and
harvesting data, as well as numerous other crimes, which was a direct
breach of sovereign and International law, is that correct?

8) You are well aware that Lockheed Martin and Leidos have merged, so you
are acting in a treasonous manner by allowing this infiltration, is that
correct

Thank you for your request. Please see the following answers to your
requests. 

1) Leidos formerly known as Science Applications International Corporation
has been awarded the 2021 collection of census data, would I be right in
saying that is correct?

ONS awarded the Census Questionnaire Management contract to Leidos
Innovations UK Ltd on 22 October 2018. There was a competition for this
contract through a restricted procedure under the Public Contract
Regulations 2015. This is one of more than 20 contracts awarded for
delivery of the Census in 2021.

2) In August 2016 Lockheed Martin merged with Leidos, is that correct?

In 2016 Leidos Holdings Inc acquired the Information Systems and Global
Solutions business from Lockheed Martin.

3) Would that mean you are using a non-British company again for the
British Census?  

Leidos Innovations UK Ltd is a company registered in Scotland with company
number SC112421.

4) This is a breach of security, to allow another nation to have the data
of the British people, is that correct?

The confidentiality of personal census data is protected in law. All
census data will be held solely in the UK and no other nation will be able
to access census data.

5) You contracted Leidos aka Lockheed Martin, the same company different
name,  Lockheed Martin is under the guise of Leidos, as Lockheed Martin
contracted for the 2011 census, unlawfully and illegally spied and
breached the data and privacy of individuals and countries, which was
proved beyond a doubt they sold the data of the British people to the FBI,
is this correct?
