Q2 - Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots).

A2 - The Framework was not divided into lots and the overall anticipated
value of the Framework was £650,000 over the anticipated 4-year duration.
As this is a Framework with multiple providers, and as there is no
guarantee of specific volume or value of orders which will be raised
throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement, there is no guarantee
that the anticipated value of £650,000 will be reached and therefore the
values for each contract are unknown.

Q3 - Start date & duration of framework.

A3 – Start Date is 12/11/2019 and the duration is 2 years making the
expiry date 11/11/2021.

Q4 - Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

A4 – CE-69-19 has a further 2 year extension available.

Q5 - Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

A5 – No, not as of yet.

Q6 - Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

A6 – Pauline Bradley, Service Lead – Professional Design Services.
