Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Could you, please, tell me how many cases were put in a stay of proceedings pending the outcome of CDLA 0735/2009. ?

-How many of them have stayed awiting until the outcome of C-435/15

I know that you hold that information as the propossal came from you and it is the duty of DM to identify, collect and deal with related cases

Please take notice that I am not seeking for legal advice, or knowing names or title of cases. Just the number.

Thank you for your time.

Yours faithfully,

Dear DWP Strategy Freedom of Information,

I do not quite understand how you can not hold that information as I know that you hold that information as the propossal came from you and it is the duty of DM to identify, collect and deal with related cases.

As far as I know you are considering those related cases at the moment due to the outcome of the lead case.

Could you, please check again?

Yours sincerely,

Rosa Jeans

Dear DWP freedom-of-information-requests,

After the resolution of CDLA/0735/2009 in Mrs Tolley favour you made a further submission for the related cases by 15th of december.

Could you, please, tell me:

- How many related cases are there? Please, do not say that you do not hold that information as it has been you who indentify those cases and gave to Upper Tribunal.

- Which are the new lead cases that you are going to use now?

Yours sincerely,

Rosa Cócera
