Dear Redbridge Borough Council,
I was recently involved in a traffic accident where i was driven into by another car at the junction of the Redbridge roundabout and the exit onto the A12 towards Wanstead,
There are two cameras high above the roundabout with one facing into the direction of that location, they are marked as C851 & C852,
What is the proceedure please in obtaining the footage for my insurance company to present to the third party who are in dispute?

Yours faithfully,
