8 January

Dear Daniel

Thank you for your email of 7 January requesting for CCTV footage of a bus
which may have caught footage of an incident that happened at the junction
of Oxford Street North.

I’m really sorry about the collision you had with the Vauxhall you
mentioned in your email. I hope you’re doing well following the incident.

As you haven’t provided the bus route number of the bus that may have
witnessed this incident, I haven’t been able to provide information for
the bus operator responsible for the route.

If you’re able to respond to this email providing any information at all
for the bus in question, we’ll then be able to provide you with the direct
contact details of he bus operator in order for you to request for CCTV
footage as only the garage will have access to it.

Thanks again for contacting us and once again, I’m sorry for the
inconvenience caused. If there is anything else we can help you with,
please reply to this email. Alternatively, you can call us on 0343 222
1234 and we'll be more than happy to help you.

Kind regards

Dear TfL,

Thank you for the reply.

Regrading the bus lane where the accident had happen, there are a few buses route that are passing that place (Chiswick High Road junction with Oxford North St) Bus route no 267, 391, 237 and H91. Hopefully this will help for info about the bus operator.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Barbu

10 January 2019

Dear Daniel

Thanks for your email of 7 January 2019 about an incident on Chiswick High
Road. I'm sorry to learn that you were involved in an accident at the
junction of Oxford Road North on 11 December 2018. I wish you a quick and
full recovery from any injuries that you may have sustained.

I've looked into this for you. I can confirm that Chiswick High Road is
owned and maintained by Hounslow Borough council. This means that they'd
also be responsible for any on-street CCTV footage available on the road.

While any CCTV footage from buses that may have been passing in the area,
is only held for a maximum of seven days. As this incident occurred on 11
December, with regret, CCTV footage from any bus would no longer be
available.

Hounslow Borough council's highways team can be contacted by email at
[2][email address] or by telephone at 020 8583 2000.

Thanks again for contacting us. If there's anything else we can assist you
with, please reply to this email and we'll be happy to help.
Alternatively, you can speak to one of our Customer Service Advisers on
0343 222 1234.

Kind regards
