Categories of FLRM applications
Dear UK Border Agency,
I would like to request answers to the following questions under the provisions of the FOI act.
Question 1: Are postal FLRM applications categorised in terms of complexity?
Question 2: If the answer to the above question is ‘yes’, then what are those categories (for example – low complexity, moderate complexity, high complexity etc.)
Question 3: If the answer to question 1 was ‘yes’ and if you have mentioned the categories in question 2, then please specify the number of postal FLRM applications made every month in total, and a further breakdown within all the categories mentioned in your answer above. Please start with January 2012 and provide data until the latest month whose data is available to UKBA.
Question 4: Finally, if you have been able to provide the answer to question 3 above then please specify the number of postal FLRM applications made within those same months - that have been processed, and give their breakdown within the above categories as well.
If it is not possible for you to give me information due to some reason, please state the reason in as much detail as possible and point me to the relevant clauses of the FOI Act if any.
If my queries exceed your cost limit, then please answer as many queries as you can in the order of the questions mentioned, and briefly inform me as to how can I get my remaining questions answered.
Regards,
L M Bhatia
