Cat Hill Development
Dear Enfield Council,
Can you please tell me why the following land documents are restricted that belongs to the Former Middlesex University Cat Hill Campus in Barnet.
The Covenant document is a contract which was written up by the London Borough of Enfield Council which is the final missing piece of the Covenant that clearly states that the Land was Originally Gifted For Educational Use Purposes for Perpetuity only? I was told that it is has been tucked away in the dark recesses held in Oxford Archives.
Yours faithfully,
Jonathan

Dear Mr Baron,
Regarding your enquiry received on 8th June the position is that Enfield Council does not hold this information.
The Cat Hill site was transferred by Enfield Council to Middlesex University in 1993. The title is registered at the Land Registry but the title register does not in fact include any covenant restricting the use of the land to educational purposes.
Yours sincerely,
