Dear Greater Manchester Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Greater Manchester Police's handling of my FOI request 'Casualty Reduction Partnership contact details'.

In particular, please review your response to part (i) of my request, because I do not accept that either of the exemptions you have sought to apply, do in fact apply. This is on grounds that I am not satisfied that the exemptions are necessarily engaged; and, even if they were, I do not accept that the prejudice in disclosure outweighs the benefits.

Seperately and in any case, your suggestion that the purpose of the request may be malicious or delibrately obstructive, when placed alongside references to arson attacks on buildings, is inflammatory, unhelpful, and potentially defamatory.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

David Johnson
