castle morpeth
Dear Sir or Madam,
Anne Seex the LGO for the North has identified that yet another Council (Castle Morpeth) is ignoring her. There appears to be a very large number of Council's in England that have rejected the LGO's recommendations and remedy's. http://www.lgo.org.uk/news/info.php?refn...
Please provide copies of any survey's and/or research commissioned by the LGO and /or prepared by their staff or themselves since the 2003 triannual review that examines why the Council's reject the decisions of the LGO, and what the LGO's and CLAE intend to do about this phenomena (if anything), and copies of any discussions and notes that they have provided to the Minister identifying their service failure

Dear Angela Thackray,
The Commission for Local Administration is different to the Office of the Local Commissioner (Local Government Ombudsmen)?
Mr KARNEY has already identified in a Certificate that he derives his authority from the Secretary of State in a Certificate. Please clarify.
Yours sincerely,
Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS
Dear Mr Hardwicke Carruthers
The Commission comprises the three Local Commissioners and the
Parliamentary Ombudsman. Mr Karney, as Commission Secretary has
responsibility for the Commission's records; the Commissioners are
responsible for their own case files.
The authority to designate individuals to apply the public interest test
is with the Secretary of State, and not with the Commission (FOIA
s36(5)(o)(iii).
Yours sincerely

The writer would do well not to use an apostrophe in plural words and to note that words that end in 'y' usually end with 'ies' in the plural.
