I would like to request information in relation to Ernest Dene Residential Care Home and Brownslow House Residential Care Home, Brownslow Enterprises Limited, of the SAAR's, investigations and substantiated cases of abuse/neglect since 2012 to 2016.

“I would like to request information in relation to Ernest Dene
Residential Care Home and Brownslow House Residential Care Home, Brownslow
Enterprises Limited, of the SAAR's, investigations and substantiated cases
of abuse/neglect since 2012 to 2016.”

Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

Please find our response attached. We have provided a summary of the
information requested, we hope this is of assistance to you. We are
unable to provide full details of each safeguarding record we hold as we
consider a number of exemptions are engaged, such as that relating to
personal information and information provided in confidence.

this information. This explains why the information is exempt from
disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and your right
to challenge this decision if you are unhappy with it.
