Dear FOI,
So for the Sake of Clarification i require the Names of the public servants and their Departments acting for and behalf of the Council that deal with Children’s Health and well being and who from Child Safety has Applied there mind and Carried out some basic due dilligence and can produce documentation Into the Medical and Scientific Data relating to un matured School children wearing Oxygen depleting Masks with regard to any Acute respitory syndrome.

As the “Council” has stated that all secondary schools in Cambridgeshire are under the Employment of Tax Exempt, Private Trusts i.e “Academy” status, i require a list of Departments, positions within the Council that have a Duty of Care towards young people in the 11/16 yr. old Bracket ,or provide Confirmation that Whilst Children attend said Academies that any Duty of Care rests With the Head teacher of the School as apposed to a Principal of an Academy.

Example: A principal has Confirmed the School and Trust are Not liable for any Damage / Injury Caused to a Child 11/16 under the New Mandating of Masks / Tests etc. ( Same as ccc/Dfe)

Then we Have the same signature provided for and on behalf of a Head teacher on a preliminary “Draft” of school risk assessment Coincidently provided the day after the issue was raised i.e

The Health and Safety of 11/16 wearing Masks for long periods of time in indoor settings, Given the Children’s bodies ,Lungs , Thymus Gland are not fully developed, Also the fact the HSE states
In GB, CO2 is classed as a 'substance hazardous to health' under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH). The HSE publication 'EH40/2005 Workplace exposure limits' provides workplace exposure limits (WELs) for CO2. WELs are limits to airborne concentrations of hazardous substances in the workplace and are set in order to help protect the health of workers. Workplace exposure is calculated by taking an average over a specified period of time. The WELs for CO2 are:
• Long-term exposure limit (8-hr reference period) of 5000 ppm
• Short-term exposure limit (15 minute reference period) of 15000 ppm

If the council holds no info kindly Confirm the only “interest” the Council (ccc) has in School Children 11/16 yr is Purely Commercial, Given the Revenue produced via at the Academy’s (Also the Primary schools doing business for and on Behalf of the CCC Cambridgeshire county council ( the share holder Committee)

,

Yours sincerely,

michael john

My 13-year-old nephew stated that he cannot breathe properly while wearing a face mask at school, and face masks are voluntary and need your consent.
My mother and sister both got pleurisy from wearing face masks, they are good for nothing except creating respiratory problems, seems the public servants that we pay are committing treason against every man woman and child.

Cambridgeshire County Council does not hold the requested information and
are, therefore, unable to provide a response to this question. In
Cambridgeshire, all secondary schools have academy status, which means
that with regard to Health and Safety the Local Authority is not the
employer.

Under Section 16 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Local
Authority has a duty to provide advice and assistance to the requester, so
far as it would be reasonable to expect the authority to do so, to persons
who propose to make, or have made, requests for information to it.

With this in mind, it is advised that you contact the individual secondary
schools to obtain the requested information. A list of schools can be
found at the following link: [1]Home (cambridgeshire.gov.uk) To filter the
list of schools to secondary schools, please use the ‘Filter by’ panel on
the right side of the screen and selecting ‘secondary school’ under
Provision and Services.

Please refer to the response in Q1. above.

I hope this information is helpful but if you are unhappy with the service
you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint
or request a review, you should write to Information Management, at either
[2][Cambridgeshire County Council request email] or by post at Box No. OCT1224, Shire Hall,
Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this e-mail.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF, or via their website: [3]https://ico.org.uk/.

Generally, the ICO will not undertake a review or make a decision on a
request until the internal review process has been completed.

Kind Regards
