Car park user identifiable data.

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Airedale NHS Foundation Trust,

Could you please provide me with answers to the following questions regarding car park user identifiable data, under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. Do any of the car parks on your Trust's sites have electronically controlled entry/exit systems that collect identifiable data on vehicle entry and exit times? Examples of this would be Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras or numbered parking permits that can be linked to a specific user via records held. I am interested in both visitor and staff car parks. Please provide me with details if the system(s) in use.

2. If such systems are in use within your Trust, then what identifiable data related to vehicle entry and exit is collected? e.g vehicle registration number, parking permit number, CCTV image of vehicle, times and dates of entry and exit.

3. For what purposes is this data used?

4. How long is the data retained for before it is erased?

5. Has the data ever been shared with any outside organisations and for what purposes? e.g. parking charge enforcement, Police requests for information.

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

H Samuel
