Can you please specify which rules/law applies to notification of change to benefit/pensions?

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I am fully aware that DWP notify all benefit claimants and pensioners of changes in payments in case of budget changes, changes in law etc., but can you please specify what rule/law this is?

Yours faithfully,
Trudy Baddams
