Dear Derbyshire Constabulary,

I'm writing to request quarterly figures going back to 2016 on the number of occasions on which officers from this police service were called to licensed gambling premises. In particular i'm seeking:-

1. The number of callouts, broken down by quarter.
2. The number of arrests made as a result of these callouts.
3. If possible, the costs incurred in each quarter as a result of the callouts.

Yours faithfully,

Rob Davies

Dear Mr Davies,

Thank you for your recent FOI concerning the below which is currently
receiving attention.

I'm writing to request quarterly figures going back to 2016 on the number
of occasions on which officers from this police service were called to
licensed gambling premises. In particular i'm seeking:-

1. The number of callouts, broken down by quarter.

2. The number of arrests made as a result of these callouts.

3. If possible, the costs incurred in each quarter as a result of the
callouts.

However, in order to best respond I seek clarification on the following
point.

The Force cannot provide incidents by premises type but could provide
crimes with arrests. Please can you confirm if this is what you mean by
‘call out’ ?

I also need to add that pending receipt of this clarification I have
placed your request on hold where it will remain for 20 working days and
that if nothing is received within this period I will assume that the
information is no longer required and close the FOI down marked as
‘withdrawn’.

Kind Regards,

Tara Swainson-Jenkins
