RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST.

I can confirm that we have received your request concerning the call out
records for all your stations during 2018 including automatic alarm
call outs. Your request was received on 18th January 2019.  

However your Freedom of Information request is invalid.  Section 8 of
the Freedom Information Act 2000 states "that a request must be in
writing, state the name of the applicant and an address for correspondence
and must describe the information requested"  you have used pseudonym  "H"
as you name which has invalidated your request. 

We have no obligation to comply with your request under section 8 of the
Freedom of Information 2000.  More guidance can be found on the ICO
website on the link below.

provide us with your real name.
