Please help by providing a copy of the Cabinet Final Report in respect of the Council's detailed Survey Responses received on the future of Penarth Pier Pavilion.
Please include the Cabinet's full conclusions within the Report and Officer's recommendations in respect of Penarth Pier Pavillion's future use.
The document is understood to be in the Public Domain in view of it having been released to the Penarth Times as it is reported and referred to on Page 4 of the 3 June 2021 edition.
This document cannot be located on the Vale of Glamorgan Website.
Therefore in accordance with Local Government common practice and Vale of Glamorgan Council Policy for Documents that are or should be in the Public Domain when they are imminently to be put before Cabinet Meetings.---Please provide a copy of the Report which I anticipate will be tabled for the Cabinet Meeting scheduled for 21 June 2021

Our response
There was no report taken to Cabinet on the 21st of June 2021 with regards to the Penarth Pier Pavilion.
There was a report taken to Cabinet on the Penarth Pier Pavilion to it's 12th May 2021 meeting so this is currently information that is in the public domain. The link to the report in question is attached below:-

The link above contains the Cabinet report, 2 ground maps as Appendices A(i) and (ii) and Appendix B which was the interim draft consultation report.

To confirm, this was the most recent report on this issue and there was no report listed for the 21st June 2021 Cabinet meeting.
