Dear East Riding of Yorkshire Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of East Riding of Yorkshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Byelaws viewing'.

The information has not been provided.
You wrote " If you let the Freedom of Information team know which
byelaws you wish to see, the Council can arrange for a copy to be sent to you. "

I want a copy of all of the byelaws applicable to my local area.
Since you refuse to let me inspect them at your offices, I assume you won't be charging me for the copies.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

Dear East Riding of Yorkshire Council,
I am writing to request an internal review of East Riding of Yorkshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Byelaws viewing'.

I have received some of the requested information by way of photocopied documents posted to my home address.
Unfortunately, most of the photocopying appears to have been done by an imbecile.
The original documents are cut-off because they may have been foolscap and have just been copied onto A4 paper. This renders them unintelligible.
Whoever did the job plainly has not checked their work.
I need these documents. Can i ask you to get someone sensible to do the job properly?
I've also scanned and sent you copy by email.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

The council has sent me a very large mailing through the post, containing all the byelaws.
