Business Rates Occupiers With Property Reference Numbers

Gareth Elton made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Norwich City Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Norwich City Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 in an excel format:-

(a) List all non-domestic properties and their addresses.
(b) The names of the Rate payers referred to above for each property (excluding all the personal information).
(c) The billing authority reference number for each property (Not the account number).
(d) The date the rate payer became liable for the bill
(e) Details of what reliefs, if any, the rate payer receives (Mandatory, Discretionary, SBRR)
(f) The rateable value for 2017 and where possible the final 2010 rateable value

Can you also please make sure this information is as up-to-date as possible at the time of receiving the request

I am aware of data you publish at https://www.norwich.gov.uk/info/20020/bu..., however as all of these reports are missing the most important field (property reference numbers) this information is of no use to me.

Yours faithfully,
Gareth Elton
