Business Rates Credits

The request was successful.

Dear Westminster City Council,

Please could you confirm how you are letting ratepayers know that there are credit balances sitting on their business rates accounts for previous years?

I am aware of several instances where a ratepayer has moved out of a property and mistakenly made an extra payment, which sits on the account for several years until discovery - how do you let the ratepayer know that there is a credit which they should be reclaiming?

Yours faithfully,

Jordan Fendick
