Tableau

Tableau (plus some legacy Oracle reports)

Which version is the tool on?
Tableau Server Version: 9.0.4 (9000.15.0720.1008) 64-bit

Which departments are using the tool?
It is used across the whole College.

How much is the tool costing for support?
This information will not be released as it is commercially sensitive.

When was this tool purchased and how long is the contract for?
It was purchased in Sept 2012 (Campus-wide License). It is a rolling 12 month contract.

Who provides support for the tool?
The Information Lab

With regards to costing for support the Information contained in a contract between a public authority and a third party represents the conclusion of negotiations between the two parties, and as such is jointly created rather than being obtained by the public authority from the contractor. It is therefore not confidential information nor commercially sensitive.
