Dear Ms Quarrell/FOI Enquiries,

Thank you for forwarding Ms Harris' reply.

Having considered the matter, there is a worrying lack of candour in claiming that the information that I requested related to 'journalism, art or literature' and is so protected from release.

Please clarify in what way the information requested pertains to 'journalism, art or literature' and not to open and accountable organisation.

Yours sincerely,

David Cinzano

Dear FOI Enquiries,

I did not ask you to inform me "for [my] convenience" of my "appeal rights".

Despite not being an Oxbridge graduate, or a highly remunerated journalist, or even a lowly paid and under-resourced employee of a publicly-funded body, I can actually read, and am aware of the FoIA caveats under which many a request is buried by the BBC.

For your convenience, I repeat my request for clarification (which again for your convenience I would emphasise is not an entreaty for an internal review, but instead a straightforward request for clarification):

"Please clarify in what way the information requested pertains to 'journalism, art or literature' and not to open and accountable organisation."

Many thanks in advance for your expected candour with regards this matter.

Yours sincerely,

David Cinzano
