In light of the current Coronavirus situation, the Council is until
further notice unable to process any of the following requests sent either
via email, post, online or by telephone. If you have already registered
one of these enquiries with us, where possible, officers available may
continue to work on it, however please be aware the  ability to respond is
very limited.

 

* Freedom of Information requests

* Comments/ feedback/ suggestions

* Complaints

* Access to records (DSARs)

* Schedule 2 or Annex C requests

* Social worker requests

 

The [email address] Email account will, where resources
are available,  be monitored and where matters are urgent will consider
these in line with our statutory requirements. Comments or information
relevant to the Councils management of the Coronavirus will be noted and
forwarded to relevant service areas where possible.

 

Matters that require a response with will be logged and responded to once
usual service resumes.   

 

The Council’s website holds up to date details about the Coronavirus. This
includes information about disruptions to services along with advice and
guidance to our residents about the virus and support available. This is
