Bus route tenders

Following latest bus tender results, routes 307 and the 349 are not yet awarded new bus contracts dispite there tender award date months ago earlier this year.

Could you please provide the "stated" reason why those contracts haven't been awarded on the following :

1. Route 307
2. Route 349
