Dear Nottingham City Council,

Please provide the following information under the Freedom of information Act:

In the 12 months up to the most current records;

1, How Many Bus Lane Contravention Penalty Charge Notices have been issued?

2, Of those, how many were paid within the 14 Day (£30) reduced payment period?

3, How many were paid within the 28 Day (£60) full payment period?

4, How many were issued a Charge Certificate following non payment within 28 days?

5, How many Charge Certificates were paid with the increased penalty of £90?

6, How many were issued an Order of Recovery following non payment of the Charge Certificate?

7, How many Order of Recovery notices were returned with the statutory declaration "I did not receive the penalty charge notice"?

8, Regarding Automated Bus Lane Cameras, in what format is the information recorded? Digital number plate recognition , still images, moving images or a combination?

9, is the information recorded by the Bus Lane camera available to those issued PCN's?

10, If so, how can that be applied for?
