Dear Mr Hollinghurst,

Re: Freedom of Information Request ref 6335 – Real time bus information
contract

I am writing to advise that there is going to be a delay in the Council’s
response to your Freedom of Information request reference 6335 (‘Real time
bus information contract’); please accept my sincere apologies for this.

The contract that you refer to has been located and is being reviewed
currently; some of the content will be exempt from release due to its
commercial sensitivity and the content of this nature needs to be
identified and redacted prior to release; Vix Technology will be given the
opportunity to comment on proposed redactions prior to release also.

We expect to be able to send you a full response within the next two
weeks, so by 28^th April 2016 but will keep you advised of any further
delays.

Please accept my apologies again for this delay and I hope that it has not
caused you any undue inconvenience.

Yours sincerely

Georgina

Dear Mr Hollinghurst,

I am writing to advise that, unfortunately, there is going to be a further delay in the Council’s response to your Freedom of Information request reference 6335 (‘Real time bus information contract’); please accept my sincere apologies for this. The County Council has reviewed the contract that you refer to and has marked up proposed redactions; as explained previously, some of the content of the contract will be exempt from release due to its commercial sensitivity. The County Council has sent the contract, with proposed redactions marked up, to Vix Technology, to give them the opportunity to comment on the proposed redactions prior to release. Vix Technology have not yet got back to the County Council with comments but we are expecting them to do so before the end of next week (close of play on Friday 6th May). I hope to provide you with the full response to this request by the close of play on Thursday 12th May 2016, if not before.

Again, please accept my apologies for this further delay.

Kind regards

Georgina

Dear Mr Hollinghurst

Thank you for your email received on 15 March 2016, in which you requested
information about the Council’s real time bus information contract.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in the Council’s response
and my thanks for your patience.

Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and I can confirm that Cambridgeshire County Council does hold this
information.  Unfortunately, the size of the documents involved means that
they exceed the limit for email so I will be sending your response via the
Council’s Managed File Transfer (MFT) tool.  With the MFT system, the
package will automatically delete after 21 days.  As such, would it be
possible for you to provide an alternative email address to recive the
information so that there is not a redundant package left on the WDTK
site?  That way, you can upload, or ask WDTK to upload, the information
once you have received it

You will receive two emails, one containing a link to the package and
another which will provide you with a password to access the package.
When you receive them, you only have to enter the password once to
download the informatino onto your network.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision,
you should write to Catherine Preston, Information Governance Manager, c/o
Information Governance Team, Box SH1001, Shire Hall, Cambridge CB3 0AP or
by email to [1][Cambridgeshire County Council request email] within 40 days of the date of
this letter.

If you are not content with the outcome your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the
ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints
procedure provided by the Council. The Information Commissioner can be
contacted at: The Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF or via their website at
