Bus Cut Consultations
Dear Transport for London,
I wish to know if the London Bus Cuts Consultation is only for bus routes being changed or withdrawn in the centre of London as there seem to be many other cuts to routes not in your consultation document. If this is true then how do we find out the total extent of buses being cut in the Capital
Yours faithfully,
Joanne Harris

The implication of the reply is that all cuts to bus service frequencies are consulted upon. My understanding was that TfL claims it has no obligation to consult anyone on reductions in frequencies, as opposed to withdrawals or rerouteings.
If my understanding is correct, the reply is surely incorrect.
Can clarification be provided please?
