I'd reconsider this and split it into more than one request. with the amount being asked they will definately come back in a month and refuse the request because it will cost far more than the £450 at which they will turn the request down.

3.         NHS Health Checks (Enhanced Service) £180,000

4.         Chlamydia Screening (Enhanced Service £50,000 for specific
screening offer. Other screening included in integrated sexual health
contract, not able to separate amounts.

5.         Emergency Hormonal Contraception (Enhanced Service) £55,000

6.         IUCDs (Enhanced Service) £60,000 for specific service. Other
LARC provision included in integrated sexual health contract, not able to
separate amounts.

7.         Contraceptive Implants (Enhanced Service) As per point 6.

8.         Shared Care Drugs (Enhanced Service)

9.         Nicotine Replacement Therapy (Enhanced Service) £100,000

10.       Pharmacy Intermediate Care/Smoking Cessation)  (Enhanced
