Re: (Urgent!) Delayed BRP card from Home Office

My Case ID: 02233 6600

On 20 June 2017, I was approved for BRP(RC) for my Tier 2 visa by attending Croydon Premium service.
According to Home office letter, I should get BRP within 7-10 working days. I followed the process outlined on your website to contact if the BRP card has not arrived!

I have family matters I need to attend and travel 21 July 2017 to ASAP to see mom and dad. I am stuck for BRP issue delay. I am not sure if I am going to receive it in the next few days within the week. There is no transparency where the letter is tracked or not.

Has it been sent? When will I received? Any delays?
Can you please let me know when I can get it or pick it up?
Can you please advise what is the best way forward for emergency situation?
