I have applied for ILR at Glasgow with the premium service on the 15th of February 2018 with my family. Which was approved on the same day with letters given to Confirm. We are a family of 4 and have received 3 out of 4 BRP. After waiting 10 days I lodged a complaint for my sons BRP not arriving and it has been 5 days since and I have not received any answer. What should I do as my son needs to travel urgently.
