BRP hasn't been delivered for 2 months.

We're waiting for ahmed to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear HM Passport Office,
My residence permit has not been delivered for 3 months now. Home Office has emailed me saying I was accepted for a 6 month Visa on 01_03_2019. This email from them is all the evidence I have that I am legally staying in the country at this point. It has no BRP number or anything.
I have reported a missing BRP on the home office website. I have also called. And changed my delivery address twice. The delivery company tracker says delivery was returned. At no point did I receive a call or a message from this company.

I have then been told that there are issues with my residence permit because they would like to repeat the enrollment process and that i would have to wait for further correspondence. Around a month has passed now since then

I am currently unable to apply for jobs or accommodations and have been advised not to travel until I receive my BRP.

My life has been on hold for 3 months now. I am expected to maintain my professional attitude as a physician while all of this is leading to massive stress and inconvenience to myself and my family.

Dear HM Passport Office,

Thank you for this automated, yet unhelpful reply.

My request does not fall under any of these options.

I need my BRP and have not been given any solid reply on its status.

The department I have been in touch with has claimed for weeks that it was delivered when it was not, and the courier confirmed it was returned to the sender, and then I was told my BRP has technical fault and that I need to repeat my biometrics. This was over 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to set an appointment.

My life and travels and plans are on hold. I have been without my legal documents for 3 whole months!

I need more than an automated message.

Thank you,

Ahmed
